It has been two weeks since I started this blog. The purpose is to track the ups and downs toward a righteous goal. In two weeks I have seen valleys, failures, threats, lost of sight and focus, and frustration. I have felt Satan in many areas and road blocks set up to thwart my progress.
In just two seeks, I have seen the forces of Satan trying to block my focus and vision toward this goal. I don't believe he is only going after us as we strive to make progress toward this goal, I believe that Satan is doing what he does best. He is trying to make us lose sight or our commitment toward any progress. He does that with everyone, every goal, every different vision or dream just to cause us to lose sight of our destination.
His main goal for everyone on earth is to get between us and our Father in Heaven. If he can get us to stop focusing on Father, our good and righteous goals, if he can get us to slow down in our steps toward any goal, if he can get us to question or chosen path toward what is good, if he can get us to forget and doubt the correctness of inspiration, he will be winning and happy. He will also increase his efforts, because he is successful in HIS goals.
It is time to commit again to this blog, this vision, this goal Bonnie and I have chosen. It is time to recognize Satan's influence and once again commit to our final goal and work toward it with vigor and enthusiasm, overcoming the adversary and refocusing on the finish line, though many months away.
